Our Team
Raegen Casey
With a decade of professional experience and a background rooted in elite canine performance, Raegen founded this company with a specialized focus on the life-changing world of Service Dog training.
Her methodology is built on a foundation of world-class expertise. Raegen was trained at Highland Canine and refined her craft under the mentorship of Ivan Balabanov, before further sharpening her skills through the rigorous standards of the USAF Security Forces (SECFO) K9 program. This high-level technical background allows her to bridge the gap between advanced obedience and the precise, reliable task-work required for a successful service dog partnership.
Elite Training & Advocacy
Service Dog Specialization: Dedicated to helping handlers achieve independence through task-specific training and public access excellence.
Proven Track Record: Successfully coached over 150 clients, ranging from high-drive sport enthusiasts to dedicated service dog teams.
Military-Grade Precision: Applying the discipline of USAF-SECFO K9 standards to ensure every dog—whether a worker or a companion—is reliable under pressure.
The Competitor’s Edge
Raegen doesn’t just teach; she performs. She is a heavy competitor in dog sports, having trained and titled her personal dogs in bite sports, Fast CAT, and dock diving. This deep understanding of canine drive and focus is currently being applied to her work with her own service dog, as they prepare to begin working toward new performance titles this summer.
For Raegen, training is about more than just commands—it’s about creating a sophisticated, functional bond that empowers both the dog and the handler.
Founder & Head Trainer
Assistant TrainerSoph Seidman
Soph brings a lifelong love for animals and a specialized focus on high-drive working dogs to our training team. Her journey began with a foundation in animal care as a kennel technician, where she developed a keen eye for canine behavior and the daily needs of various breeds.
The true turning point in Soph's career came when she was matched with her service dog, Ruger. Navigating life with a high-drive working dog taught her the vital importance of clear communication, structured engagement, and meeting a dog's biological needs. Through the process of training and bonding with Ruger, she discovered a deep-seated passion for the art and science of dog training.
The Journey to Professional Excellence
From Handler to Trainer: Soph’s personal experience transitioning into a service dog partnership gives her a unique, empathetic perspective on the challenges and triumphs our clients face.
High-Drive Specialist: Her work with Ruger has made her an advocate for balancing a dog's natural drive with the discipline required for public access and service work.
Dedicated Mentorship: Now working directly under Head Trainer Raegen, Soph is committed to refining her skills and upholding the high standards of our training programs.
Soph is driven by a mission to help others experience the same level of freedom and connection she found with Ruger. She is excited to guide our clients through their own journeys, helping as many teams as possible achieve their goals through expert, compassionate training.
